About Gavin
Gavin has over a decade of experience in recruiting clean energy professionals across Europe, the US, and APAC. He has delivered over 300 mid to senior/executive-level mandates for a host of advisory firms, developers, operators, and industry bodies.
With a BSc (Hons) in Geography from Bristol University, Gavin began his career providing technical consultancy support for major infrastructure projects in energy, highways, and property. This experience gave him valuable insights into organisational structures and cultures, enabling him to better understand the needs of the companies and candidates he works with.
Gavin founded Benson Mack Search to support the energy transition and foster lasting industry relationships. He is passionate about delivering impactful clean energy hires that bring maximum benefit for all parties.
Outside of work, Gavin enjoys golfing, racket sports, exploring the Scottish hills, and finding peace at his favourite retreat, the Mull of Kintyre.
